Cate doesn't understand how it works. She's use to Judge Roberts re-writing laws for the President.

SCOTUS stay exempted refugees from the EO directive that defined 'close relationships'. It's already back in court again.

How do you feel about California's travel ban Cate? I'm guessing you support it.

I do like Tennessee's response to California.

Tennessee's scathing response to California travel ban: Keep your 'unfounded moral judgment' to yourself

The LBGT community is a small percentage of our total population, but has a powerful and well funded lobbying group. State legislatures that pass laws and resolutions impeding or denying the LBGT community members legal right to equal consideration and treatment, can expect the LBGT community to protest, boycott and use other means of economic isolation to punch back.

California is refusing to pay travel expenses for their State employee traveling and staying in States whose legislatures have passed laws California's State government considers discriminatory. It not only includes States that have anti-LGBT laws, but also States that have passed discriminatory legislature of any kind. Because of Kentucky's recent passage of the 'Charlie Brown' law, Kentucky is included in California's economic boycott of paid travel expense for California's State employees.

'The Charlie Brown bill, designed to protect religious expression in public schools, is known as the “Charlie Brown law,” after a Kentucky school cut a bible verse from their production of “A Charlie Brown Christmas.” The bill prevents school officials from regulating student organizations, including the selection of members and “doctrines and principles.”
LGBT advocates say could give student groups a license to discriminate."

In other words the State of California is refusing to spend any California State taxpayers money on employee travel expenses to States the California State government considers discriminatory against LGBT, and other civil rights.

Kentucky legislature preventing school officials from intervening or regulating student organizations with 'doctrines and principals', that oppose the LGBT community's rights, has the potential to form student organizations that specifically exclude LGBT members from participation based on religious doctrine and principals'.

For example student hate and bullying organizations could form under the guise of a religious doctrine, that has nothing to do with a religious belief, but everything to do with isolating and intimidating LGBT students. There would be nothing school officials could do about it, even though there are laws against such discriminatory practices.

Based on their powerful and well funded lobbying group should remove them from a minority status.

Even Bill Gates is of the belief that nations need to slow down mass immigration. “Europe must make it more difficult for Africans to reach the continent via the current transit routes”.

If you decide to pursue a J.D. make sure you you focus on criminal law with an emphasis on case history's of international money laundering schemes. You'll need to pass the NY bar exam at minimum.
