They are a message displayed on the home or lock screen of your phone.

For kicks I thought I would check out the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted List. Only 4 out of 10 are American citizens.

I'm suspecting fraud and corruption at a local state office. My suspicions have been passed onto to "New" state officials.

I would love to call up that hotline and tell them everything I know about everybody I know about, but there is no way in hell... You talk about backfiring!!! Your ass would do time for every criminal you reported... There is no legitimate way to end corruption in this place as long as the people you get to report it too are as if not more corrupt than the people you are reporting, and they are in cahoots together anyway probably...
