The smartest thing for the county to do is to sell excess land not in use. It creates an automatic tax base.

The Fiscal Court aka The Harlan County Land Company has approved a "blanket list" of leases. No clue what, where, who, etc, etc...

A blanket list of flood plain property leases was approved.
