I recall riding in the front elevator with him.

I've rode in the front elevator with a lot of people who have access....Jason Jackson and JD Smith had cards do you think HJ couldn't use one? Or is that concept too foreign?

I recall riding in the front elevator with him.

If that is so, then to me it appears that his security access was revoked and this comversation is now a moot point......

Yes. His access was revoked from access to the judges hallway. He could have still used the secure area. I don't understand what is unclear about this. Anyway this conversation may be moot to some, but the truth does matter and is important.

And no smart mouthed overtones.

if he couldnt get into the security gate and use the back elevator to get up stairs that means security access was denied. regardless to what you think russell didnt own that building.

I am fairly sure that he was locked out of the backgate which restricted access to the back elevator.

Not according to testimony in the trial... He chose to lock himself out for political reasons in my opinion... He got his feelings hurt and acted like a ten year old... My opinion...

I will have to re-watch the video because I do believe he was locked out from using the back elevator.

He will have ultimate security clearance when he is appointed judge.
