I knew the name but didn't want to post it until I was sure he was arrested.

Kentucky State Police Special Response Team executed an arrest warrant at the residence of Shelby L Shell, 29, in Berea, on Monday.

Shell was arrested and charged with the death of Ronnie King, 59, of Evarts.

Shell is being brought back to Harlan County where he will be lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center and charged with the following charges, murder, first-degree robbery, first--degree burglary, first-degree arson and tampering with physical evidence.

Mr Shell said in his interview on WYMT that he didn't do it so they need to let him go!

Looks as though the penal system raised him.

One of his robbery charges was actually for my ex husband and I. We returned from a trip to Myrtle Beach to discover all our guns were gone as well as some swords, knives, and daggers, and a few more personal items. The little shit head made a plea deal that we weren't even asked about and got probation for everything. We were supposed to get restitution and never saw that either. Only items recovered were the two swords.

Ronnie may still be alive today had that Punk served his time. People are released all the time on probation or 10% bond and go right back and commit more crimes.

I am confused....what evidence do they have that it was this man who killed him? I am not defending him or anything, just being my normal curious self, I know it mentioned the Fingerprint stuff but it didn't say anything about his fingerprints being found at the residence or on the murder weapon or whatever.

I just like to know details and the article didn't give any.

I am not saying he did or did not do it but here are some questions I would want answered.
1) Did he have a reason for killing him? Was there bad blood between them?
2) Why would he drive all the way from Berea to kill King?
3) Was there anyone that seen him in Evarts?
