Was the man arrested for assault, or was he assaulted?

Postby GFunkMoneyDog » Mon Jun 20, 2016 10:03 am

This video doesn't match what was written on the citation according to the Harlan Daily Enterprise. It looks like to me that he was cuffed and then un-cuffed before being hit and kicked by the troopers and detectives, but that's just how I see it. You can judge for yourself.

He refused to cooperate when Halcomb advised him to put his hands behind his back. Lyttle began cursing and yelling, and would not allow Halcomb to cuff him. Halcomb put the subject on the ground and tried to put handcuffs on him, but Lyttle would not cooperate, refusing to comply with verbal commands and pulling back his fist. Lyttle would not give any information, and kicked Halcomb and another officer.

i wish that i had the right to slap the piss out of somebody that i thought needed it. these same cops would have taken me to jail and preached all the way there how wrong i am to take the law into my own hands.

He deserved a beating, but not by police officers. Their description of what happened doesn't match the video. I agree with G he took his cuffs off him.

Looks like some officers are going to be in trouble. Can you say civil law suit?

He had that coming to him if he did what the girl claimed is true, but not by someone sworn to uphold the law.

I'm conflicted regarding the beating that he obviously deserved.

It's untelling the number of children he has abused over the years.

That's the scary truth.

One is no better than the other. The Pedder uses his age and wickedness to exploit children. The brutal cop job and wickedness to brutalize.
