no they're a no concreted. They're just stuck into the ground. A lot of times they're moved around especially when someone mows or when people decorate graves. I'm sure hers was moved.

Mountain Jane Doe's Identity has been discovered.

DNA testing has revealed Mountain Jane Doe is Sonja Kaye Blair Adams from Letcher County.

The stories I've heard. She was thought to have ran off with a carnival. She was killed in Letcher County and transported here. The killer's were local to Harlan.
