If only it was a matter of U.S political parties power on the global stage, it would be incredibly simple to end nuclear proliferation. Unfortunately it isn't.

You have to realize that our nation's true adversaries are Russia and China. Russia has great political influence in Middle East rogue nations. China has the same influence with North Korea and other Asian rogue nation economies.

Both of these power nations front their puppets for more economic global power. After four decades of trade with China, the true price of globalization with nations of oppositional ideologies is apparent.

If the U.S. had the power to stop these rogue nations from developing nuclear weapons, it would have been done long before now.

I haven't read anything on it yet. We know that ISIS has called for this type of terrorism. It's not surprising.

It wasn't big news because the killer was black.

If a black person commits a crime its the police departments fault, or some random white guy with privilege.

When a poor person of any race commits a crime, they get mandatory prison sentences. When a rich guy from any race (majority white) bankrupts his company and steals his employees pensions, the company gets a big government bailout, and a $5 million annual bonus. Courtesy of John Q. taxpayer.

That's just the nature of the game. The poor person whether black or white can't afford a high dollar lawyer.

When the nature of man's law becomes so unnatural to the common person they can no longer afford justice within the confines of man's Rule of Law, the common man that has the power to change the nature of it's laws, must unite with those within the system to change it. Either commoners unite to change the nature of man's Rule of Law from unequal representation to equal representation under the law, or accept the unjust consequences of inequality.

Much of what goes to trial should be arbitrated before gaining access to legal remedies. This would free our courts of meritless and frivolous petitions, that are a very expensive and a burdensome waste of time.

If our Rule of Law that states everyone is entitled to fair trial was justly applied, it would mean that every person successfully petitioning our courts, would be fairly represented. Not fairly represented to their representatives best ability, but fairly represented. The responsibility of a fair trial falls on the courts Judge. To the extent that one Judge has the power to intervene when and if legal representatives abilities fall short of fair representation.

A true and fair trial should not rely on a single Judge, but a panel of no less than three Judges. Each having separate but equal powers that decide the fairness of the process, the merits of petitioners charge, and the legal precedence within our Rule of Law. Given limited resources of our court system, and the fact that arbitration is still a choice and not a requirement, there's no hope to reform the system to entitle everyone to a fair trial.

There is hope someday the people of this truly great nation, will successfully reform our antiquated and unnecessarily burdensome court system.

Sounds all good on the surface, but a case heard by three judges would never give a defendant the opportunity for an appeal.

Msybe there’s a need for a lot less appeals, since they are mostly won on technical errors anyway. Someone down the legal chain of command forgot to cross a T or dot an I. A panel of Judges would be better able to cover the bases upfront. More importantly, they could ensure a fair trial.

Three judges don't change the fact that 12 jurors are who do the convicting. I'd rather have many appeals personally.

Gopher one of the biggest reasons our justice system is failing is because of the plea bargaining that has taken most of the power away from Judges and Jury’s of the court as well as appeals without merit, that keep our legal system backlogged for years. Backlogs that prevent the public’s right to a fair and speedy trial.

Prosecutors have way too much power in the legal process. Especially in States where laws are enacted that specify hearings are held when a Prosecutor ‘is ready’ to present the case. Hearings have been delayed for years, while those charged are held in custody when theyvcan’t make bail for one reason or another. The innocence or guilt of those charged and held in prison awaiting a hearing doesn’t matter. The innocent are denied freedom just the same as the guilty if they are legally prohibited, or can’t make bail. Many charged with a crime they didn’t commit plea guilty just to get out of prison with time served. This is a common practice in big inner cities that’s been ongoing for decades.

What do you think happens to kids that get caught up in this unjust system? What do they learn from daily contact with the hardened habitual criminal element, other than how to career criminals? Some become institutionalized to the degree they can’t function outside of prison. Forget that their felon record virtually locks them out of any kind upward mobility. That doesn’t exist at entry level minimum wage jobs for felons.

The Justice system must be reformed in a big and meaningful way, or we accept that America can forget about being the home of the brave and land of the free. America will be exactly like every other third world country where their is no escape from poverty one is born into. The jobs the under and uneducated poor that paid well enough to enable the poor to ascend to working class, and working class to middle class are disappearing quickly. Replaced by technology. By the end of this century, only the very wealthy, and the poor will be left.

What happens when only rich can afford adequate police protection, decent schools, hospitals, libraries, clean water and
environmentally safe neighborhoods?

I think you know what happens
